My weekend was incredibly tiring yet fun. Chami, Aisha, Kiki and Wina (and later on Naomi) came to my apartment for swimming. And after we swam (+sauna) for about 1.30++ and bla bla bla, we watched The Painted Veil and ended up having a movie night.

Started out with The Painted Veil and continued with Sex and The City, Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, Wicker Park and at last Harry Potter and The Order of Phoenix. LOL! Can you imagine that? (Well maybe several of you can, haha) We -(precisely only)- Chami & Aisha ended up watching Harry Potter and The Order of Phoenix until 6.30ish or maybe 7 in the morning.

Just finished watching Americal Idol Season 8 on my DVR and kinda surprised that Matt was in the bottom 3!!! WAT WAT wwaaa~t!! but its okay, he's safe and still in the group. So it's all good :). One other thing.. i watched it from my DVR rite? and guess what? by the time the show gonna be over, MY DVR STOPPED RECORDING IT SO I DIDNT WATCH THE VERY LAST PART OF IT! AARRGHHH DAMN YOU DVR TT_TT

Anywaaaaaayy~ everytime i watch american idol, Simon Cowell reminded me of my dad SO MUCH! just see the resemblance below xD

Well if you didnt think so, i dont blame you.. maybe its just me. On the other hand, if you guys agree.. LAUGH ALONG WITH ME, PLEASE *LOL*., i miss my dad so so so soo much. Eventhough sometimes i just wish i can be very very far away from him, i kinda regret just by thinking of that. Huhu.. sorry dad ;(

Today my architecture class discussed the phenomenon of water. The teacher gave each student a place to search on and i got Vijayanagara's Stepped Irrigation Tank in India. Well, the function of the tank is actually similar to every well everywhere. Because of its location (South India) and sometimes its hard to get water, so Vijayanagara located along the Tungabhadra River. From the river they made this long channel and this channel go along the empire to the Stepped Irrigation Tank or the Queen's bath as they called it. It's a pretty amazing architecture as you read from the name itself. Just see the picture below~

So yeah, Hindu is mostly the religion in India so they use water for purifying as an essential for praying and rituals. If you guys already been to Bali, and went to a couple of temple there its pretty much the same.

As for me, the other use of water is for calming sense. So maybe in several temple in Japan, China, Bali, India and other places they have water surrounds the temple to make it peaceful. Uuhh~ i just love water i dunno why. Water is the greatest element evah~ *GO WATER!!* xD

Kadang-kadang kenangan buruk suka muncul gak sih? Randomly. Dan cara ngelupain kenangan buruk nya itu bagaimana? Mungkin ada yang bilang "berusaha untuk jangan inget-inget lagi" atau "ketawa? inget-inget yang lucu biar ketawa!" atau mungkin juga "ya bikin kenangan manis/lucu/kocak" kalo orangnya ngocol. Bisa sih.. kalo emang moment nya lagi hepi. Daritadi gak kepikiran aja, tapi setiap kali his name pops out from the right bottom corner of my laptop screen, my heart beat skips. Salah gak? Kalo emang masih kepikiran? Kalo masih pengen ada hubungan? Maupun emang sekarang hubungannya antar teman aja, tapi menurut gue ini malah jadi kayak stranger. Seems like i'm trying so hard to look like i'm okay and trying so hard to give the expression of nothing is hurting me. Tapi di dia-nya begitu gak sih? Apakah emang di setiap manusia ada rasa gengsi yang ngebikin kita jadi bertindak yang sebenernya bukan kemauan kita? Kayak ngebohongin diri sendiri gitu lah..

Rasanya hampir sama kayak 2 tahun yang lalu, tapi yang ini lebih spesial, lebih ngena di hati. Tapi gue juga gak bisa ngapa-ngapain. Persis kayak 2 tahun yang lalu sewaktu gue denger suara sms dari HP gue dan pas gue baca isinya. Tapi lebih sakit rasanya di dalem hati di banding 2 tahun yang lalu.yang kayaknya bisa gue kira sih.. ngelupain nya bakalan lebih parah dari 2 tahun yang lalu. Ohk.. juz leave it be..

NnnnOooOoooooOOooO~~!!! my break's gonna be over soon! VERY VERY VERY (and again) VERY SOON! *sobs,sobs* and that means i need to redo all the drafts from my writing class and read B1 assignment from my design fundies course book. GAH! going back to reality, huh?

Well.. i think the couple of days before the break ends, i had such thrilling nites.. compared to the couple of days after the break started. Hahaha.. it was like my laziest time ever! Went to sleep around 4ish AM and then woke up around 4ish PM (nice! xP) So yeah, gonna have to start waking up early these days 'coz i scared that when the break's over and the class is starting, i havent wake up, hah! my bad habit.

And the very best (a.k.a worse.. what's more than worse?) time in this break is... DUDE! I GAIN MY WEIGHT BACK! TT_TT all the ice cream i ate before going to sleep because all the movie night i had, DAAAMMMNN YOOUUU ICE CREAAMM~!! (but i still bought two HÄAGEN-DAZS yesterday, ohk.. such irony)

and then, and then, anndd thheeennnn (remember that line from 'Dude, Where's My Car?) yesterday i had this Indonesian traditional dance practice at KJRI and after practice we went to this.......ehem, Indian/Bangladeshi Restaurant at 1st Avenue between 5th & 6th Street (trust me, you'll know which place what I'm talking about). The place was so small and it was very very very PACKED! It was the hectiest place i've ever been! Even I can't talk and..gah, i was so speechless, huakakkaka! But yeah, we had fun! We sang Happy Birthday for Kiki's (fake) birthday so we can get free dessert a.k.a mango ice cream! yehey! AND I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS, THIS PLACE IS THE PLACE WHERE YOU WANT TO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY *two thumbs up & two toes up*

Gah~ i'm bored to the max at the moment, so i decided to watch "Atonement" starring Keira Knightley and the un-resisted, James McAvoy. I think i already watched this movie like for several times now, i really love the first part of the movie where the scenes are still at the mansion and not about Robbie Turner journey in the war, 'cause its so depressing haha!
